Ive been trying to think of an undeserving grand final winner....bar Melbourne i cant think of one.
You dont play bad in GFs and win....you can slow it down, that worked.

Thats the way that I see it.
In my view and Im sure many of yours we shouldve won the match against the roosters and Campletown and probably deserved it however they stuck in there and got a lucky try at the end..
Thats just the way it goes!

Every year we look back on a couple of matches when were places 9,10,11 and say if we only one a couple of those.. Well finally we won one of those tight matches! Although dissapointed in the performance I am so happy to snare the win and confident that we can improve on that match and make a strong charge to our first finals in 5 years.

s*** game.. so what.. conditions didnt suit us, we are injury hit and no designated half...
last year we would have lost that game...

Agree. It was ugly and the Tigers were far from their best, but they've lost games before when they have been the better side and they got one back tonight.

I don't know about "probably". Sirro is right, 3rd place on the ladder is giving me no sense of security. We played like this in round 17 against an origin weakened Broncos outfit that were pretty ordinary themselves.. over the next couple of months we take on Sea Eagles, Rabbitohs, Panthers, Eels, Storm & the Titans twice. I'll cross my fingers and toes and keep the faith but I won't be getting my hopes up too high either.

the broncos played with a near full strength side last week against paramatta in sydney and won an ugly match, why are we pretenders then?

a win is a win, we didnt play well but we can improve alot. The problem dragons had last year and will have this year is they will have no where left to improve on. Go the tigers!

I think its the quality of players missing.

Us:
Moltzen, Lui, Ryan and Tuiaki

Them:
Thaiday, Lockyer, Falou and Hodges.

Big difference in class.

I'd say four origin & australian reps are more a loss than our boys, TNT not even featuring this year so really cant be counted
