Yeah I suppose from the Tiger's point of view it's good he's not included, but I would've liked to see him earn some reward for his efforts this season as second only to RTS as the best fullback in the game.

There was a story somewhere around round 24 about players who were waiting till the end of the comp to have surgery for injuries. Can't remember many of the names , but Tedesco was one of them . It said that he'd had some minor problems with his knee, and was to have a clean out after the season.( it didn't sound serious at all ) but he definitely was one of them.
I'd say that those sort of niggling injuries that a lot of players have carried over the season would account for a lot of players who aren't there.
Can't remember where I saw it, but there was quite a few named

That would explain it, thanks GCT. Not saying Wighton isn't talented, but he certainly ain't Tedesco, especially at fullback.

I would've thought , that after Wightons rant on FB , or whichever Social media it was. That he'd be out of the good books for a while?

It was so well thought out this game

If the Hunters had beaten Ipswich this weekend we would of played a team from the local comp , probably a lower standard of footy than RMC

That would of done wonders for the International game

NRL are just geniuses
