Qld didn't get out of 2nd gear in the 2nd half CK ,bombed two certain tries when Boyd was unmarked for one and when Inglis missed everything when Boyd would of scored again
 
I don't know about being ashamed because they only take what they get..

But deadset the whole game turned after the penalty just before QLD's second try.

NSW had finally got them coming out for their end off a good kick chase and QLD was in all sorts at that time. Then the refs give them a penalty for inside the ten (as if it wasn't happening all game), they kick down field and score. Advantage Queensland as they kicked into gear from then.

There were a few dodgy calls tonight but that was the one that got QLD back into the game as prior to thay they looked like the dad's army they were touted as being.

Honestly though, If NSW had 2 decent halves we would've kicked a field goal prior to the seven tackle set that marched them down the field and gifted them the field goal.

Bring on game 2 !

Pretty much agree on all fronts, but man, they really have to be good enough to get back on the horse when things turn to crap. These clowns couldn't get out of their own end once Woods and Tamou were off. And those damned mistakes time and time again. Jennings kicking dead….well God, I nearly threw up when that happened.

I thought QLD got some very soft penalties.

And on the other end of the spectrum really worked us over in the play the balls,ol Cam the choir boy was up to his usual tricks.

I nearly threw my beer at the TV when they pinged us for a chicken wing after the 50 we had already copped.
 
I have decided to comment on the game this morning because I was still in the loo spewing at how stupid our team was not to take the field goal,when they had tackles up their sleeve and good field position…
The Qld grubs were out in force last night and helped along with a very biased ref...
NSW have to learn to recover from errors and silly penalties,however the ten metre rule is clearly for NSW only,Qld were constantly infront of the ref and got away with it...

Between the Wests Tigers and the NSW side,they have both given me the opportunity to find a padded cell at Callan Park institution,I feel I will fit in quite well there.... :imp: :sunglasses: :smiling_imp:
 
NSW seemed to play like Taylorgate too.

The five one out run to the bomb down Slaters throat worked a treat…..NOT.

PS save me a room with extra padding!

The type of response I was expecting tbh. instead of acknowledging your hypocrisy, your only way out is to attack and belittle cos you aren't man enough to admit you're no different to the people you're throwing stones at, and just you're a serial whinger and sore loser when it comes to your state and country. Or maybe I'm wrong and you really are objective and unbiased :laughing:

I have no qualms in admitting to be biased towards my state and my country - doesn't change my opinion of the game.
Maybe you should find something you are passionate about apart from trying to big note yourself on the internet.

Big noting? All I was doing was pointing out you being a hypocrite and you reacted like an old lady making a federal case out of it. If you can't handle someone challenging your opinion without being so offended you feel the need to call them a keyboard warrior (which is funny cos I always thought a keyboard warrior was someone who made threats and talked about how tough they are, not simply challenging another's opinion. Just proves the term is the most over used expression on the internet) then you need to seriously harden up.
