I just backed Point Of Law, every year I keep saying not to bet in it because it's a stinker of a race, but here I am, sucked in again.

I opened the Racenet.com.au form guide this morning.

I had a Boxed trifecta for 1/2 a unit ($30) x 5 nags & backed my roughie for a $10 place. My Roughie No, 15 Zahreen came 2nd for $110 return.

My boxed trifecta came 1st No. 20, 2nd No. 15, 3rd No. 11, 6th No. 24 & 8th No. 16 paying $1322.

I have brought lamb backstraps for dinner and told my wife about the $110 win for the 2nd placing. I'll give her a surprise later when I share the trifecta with her! 🤪 🍻 🤣🍾🍾🍾

So, basically, it appears that he sent the Royal out to screw the peasants and bring his better performers into the race. His 20% is $1.2m Good job.
