Racing tips, talk etc

They can stop me from playing poker on line for a living but can’t stop this.

That's a very good point you're making.
If you try to log in to the BetFred exchange you'll get the message "not available in your part of the world".
Where revenue protection is at stake it seems it IS possible.

Ka Ying Rising out to $1.40
lol

I like the multi

In the King Charles III at randwick
Autumn Glow $1.40

Everest
Ka Ying Rising $1.40

Multi $1.96

with a small save on tempted in Everest just in case at $6

Caulfield Cup
Zahrann at about $9
Ok JT, Ka Ying Rising in BP11, steady rain in Sydney, is the fave out to my $1.50, or more.
Has to ease and Tempted BP 1 has to firm, surely ?

I think if the weather keeps raining tempted looks pretty good i had a small save at $6
Tempted is now in to $4.50 i think it can get to $3.80
but would prefer Kay Ying Rising as I have it in multis I think in fixed odds KYR can get to $1.50 i think tote he starts $1.04
I still think even in the wet the champ will be too good

I am super keen on Autumn Glow at $1.40

I will probably take the multi mate

i do like Zahraan

Also like Sir Delius for cox plate at $4

Melbourne Cup im not sure it looks tough, do you like anything there ?

A new chapter. A new generation of Greyhound Racing in NSW.
We’re pleased to announce the Richmond Club site as our preferred location for a new Sydney Metropolitan Racing Precinct, planned to replace Wentworth Park.

This is an important step towards shaping the next generation of our sport, supporting our participants, welcoming new fans and building a sustainable future for greyhound racing in NSW.
As we approach Wentworth Park’s final night of racing this Friday, we honour the champions, memories and community that have made it such a special part of our story. That proud history will inspire our next chapter.

Planning will continue, with our preferred development option expected to be announced in early 2027. We’ll keep our community informed as plans progress.
Together, we look forward to the next chapter of NSW greyhound racing.

I was tempted to take a punt on “tempted” but barrier 1 I think he gets buried early and will probably only get leeway when it’s too late

Ka Ying Rising will most likely win by 2+ lengths with sheer class but I reckon the odds will drift a little by start time because of the wet and barrier draw

Yes agree with you on Tempted
If he is ridden as he was last start he will need a lot of luck getting a clear passage in the straight.
Plus I hate saying it BUT track bias (hopefully none)
could also play its part especially if the fence isn’t the place to be.
And we won’t know that till after 3 or 4 races on the day.
I would have preferred a good track to get a first hand look at how good KYR is against the best Australia have, If he wins again this year in wet conditions there would be no doubt about him being the best sprinter in the world.

I dont mind Defiantly for the melbourne cup currently at $9

Good 3000m win in France and 56.5kg the 4yr old gelding comes in with a good weight. Although 3 runs on soft for 1 win (European track so soft is more like our heavy) being out of a Galileo mare it should handle the sof going pretty well. Defiantly's mare Roheryn really liked the wet tracks.

Yeah with a better barrier I really think tempted would have been the horse most likely to snatch it from KYR. It still could but it would need a bit more luck from 1

KYR danger is if other horses decide to match motors early and it gets 3 wide making it an uncomfortable trip
