Randy 'Macho Man' Savage RIP

Breaking news reports that the great wrestler of the 1980's Randy 'Macho Man' Savage was killed in a car accident 9.25am US time in Florida, he was 58 years old and 'may' have suffered a medical problem before crashing.
A regular 'bad' guy on the then WWF Savage was a highly competitive grappler who wrestled above his weight and will be sadly missed.

You are thinking of Elizabeth - nothing macho about her

Worst wrestling character had to be Evad .He was suppose to be dyslexic . Stupidest idea I've ever heard of . Anyone else remember any others from the past ??

He apparently had a heart attack while driving which resulted in him crashing his car apparently. Another wrestler becomes a statistic, RIP Macho Man.

A lot of wrestlers have heart attacks well before their time. Side effect from steroids and/or painkillers usually. It wasn't until the Benoit situation that Vince McMahon finally tightened up the company drug policy.

Haha i didn't read the article, i don't care about wrestlers…
But wow @ heart attack at the wheel.
Roids are bad, clearly.

Vince doesn't do anything, "Pro-(Fake)-Wrestling" isn't a sport.

Name me another company who would pay for IN FULL for rehab for any form of drug/alcohol/whatever dependency even if they did not create/cause the problem?

This "talent wellness" policy above it the reason you don't get as many jacked wrestlers in the WWE anymore.

You can't honestly say they aren't doing anything mate. That's a joke statement.

RIP Macho Man. A great entertainer.

Randy Savage is one of the big 5 that made the WWF (now WWE) the powerhouse it is today, and apart from a short stint in the mid 90s, the undisputed leader in professional wrestling. Him, along with Roddy Pipper, Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and Vince McMahon built one hell of an empire, that stands the test of time, even if all of their competitors have fallen over at one stage or another. A brilliant entertainer with an intensity and energy unmatched by almost anybody that has come since him.
