The bunker is a disgrace. They need to sack every single ref who has officiated the bunker the past 2 years. Time to try non referees in the role because the ref's have no clue whatsoever

They should trial just having one single video referee for all games across the weekend. Atleast it would be consistent.

Apparently the ref's have said that is to mentally draining. If you take that approach to hopefully get more consistency, you need just 2 or 3 guys over the weekend...thats what the ref's boss is saying.

Apparently the ref's have said that is to mentally draining. If you take that approach to hopefully get more consistency, you need just 2 or 3 guys over the weekend...thats what the ref's boss is saying.

At $2,500 per game, it would be $20k per weekend. $10kish after tax for someone. But the fatigue on Super Saturdays could be an issue though. So maybe your idea of 2 is good. Rotate game for game so they are a bit fresher.
