If the Sharks, Roosters and Broncos are the next best placed teams to Melbourne to win the comp, then the Storm should win it in a canter! Melbourne…......................daylight..................the rest.

They will be looking to make up for last years GF loss and will towel whoever they come up against. Could be a record breaking premiership win.

Souths only got some points on the board after Farah came on about 50 minute mark. He got them near them near the try line a few times after that.

Mate looking at the score he really did a great job.

For the short time he was on whilst Melb still ran riot but Souths at least did threaten and managed a try. He had excellent timing in passing.

Shame his defence led directly to 18 Storm points while he was out there in such a short period.. :crazy

I don't think he was the closest defender in any of the tries. One try I thought he could have been close enough to get involved but could not see any good angle shots to properly judge. Melbourne were so fast on every occasion he would not have made any difference. I have never witnessed him deliberately lay off an attacker so doubt it would become part of his repertoire now.

Courageous win by Saints today. Was hoping Penrith won but Saints supporters will be bloody proud of that win.
Hope Panthers win next week to qualify, they are capable of perhaps knocking off the "Dodgy 5" of Storm, Rorters, Broncos, Sharks and Eels.
