Live Game Discussion
No matter how ineffective Galvin plays the media will never blame him for Canterbury’s decline in form. Even tonight they were discussing where it has all gone wrong for them, mentioning the lack of cohesion between Mann, Hayward and Mahoney as a problem…can you believe it?
I think the media have been highlighting the selections as questionable. Perhaps the dogs heirachy just knew they wouldn’t be winning the comp with their spine regardless so they are playing the long game?

Roosters really hitting their straps with Walker back and playing well. Forwards are big and powerful- Whyte, Collins, Lenui, Crighton, Butcher, Radley, Forchetti - all quality. Add Teddy, Walker, 2 great wingers and solid centres. It’s a pretty good roster!!
Yeah it's a powerful forward pack, like I said earlier everyone questioned the chooks to why they let May go, Robbo knew what he was doing, their an organisation that doesn't get much wrong

The issue the dogs have is if they drop him and start winning, they cant bring him back unless Sexton or Burton are injured. Getting too close to the pointy end of the season to chop and change. They have put themselves in a really difficult position....and I'm loving it!

Im convinced Gus beat out the Eels by promising him a starting spot in what was looking like a premiership winning team.

It's pretty clear that the Dogs were going much better with Sexton and Mahoney, than they are going with Galvin. Pretty bold to disrupt a spine that's done a pre-season and brought the team to the top of the table ... too bold, it seems. May heart bleeds for them 😁
But would Ciraldo have the heart to change it back, especially with all the Galvin publicity?

GC have hoisted the white flag some time ago....54-10 ten mins to go
They are just woeful away from home especially, they have sealed another coach's fate.

Wonder who the next sucker who goes there thinking they are smart enough to turn it all around, that coach would have rocks in his head.
