What rubbish. Galvin had a great game tonight.

Bulldogs lucky to be that close to the Storm when it felt the Storm outdid them all game. Definitely a lot of calls went their way today, except the NRL realized they couldn’t just give them a win with the Crichton try (although it is the rule because I remember Api getting a try disallowed for the same reason. Silly rule tbh).

Even if you count the Crichton one, note that Galvin was not involved in a single try the whole game. Their entire attack functioned better with Burton and Kikau on that left side even though the right side is arguably one of the strongest in the NRL with Preston, Crichton and Kiraz but for some reason whoever the half is on that side is struggling to unlock them.

The only thing I’ve seen Galvin do better since going to the dogs is kicking wise seems to be fairly solid particularly in getting forced drop out, but otherwise, now the shackles have been put on him he looks clunky as and extremely UNdangerous.

Dogs with Galvin have a win % of 50% but without its 83.33%.

Galvin has some of the most clunky attack I’ve ever seen and realistically the only threat is the occasional cut out pass which he did in the dragons game but otherwise there is no running threat or anything and most of the passes he’s done in the passage of tries have been borderline hospital passes in which the skill of Preston/Tracey and Crichton have managed to very quickly tap them on to Kiraz to score.

His defence is hardly improved as well. Just like at Tigers teams are targeting him and my gosh he was lucky to have some teammates backing him up sometimes. 25 tackles and 7 missed today to go with another 25 with 5 missed last week.

There is no surprise dogs fans are starting to become restless given how much hype their very own GM put on this kid.
