This game looks ripe for a major drama
Definitely happened in 2005, Dogs and Roosters from 2004 GF missed the finals.
Also you may remember we upset both of them back to back very early in the 2005 season

I'm from the generation where I don't understand what is wrong with his approach, to me the hunger and the willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed is a sign of a great leader. Guess it's not for this generation... "too intense", or whatever.

Madge does not believe in "participation" awards which is part of the reason he failed here (HBG only aim for participation awards and nothing higher).Undoubtedly he is a hard taskmaster but if you want to be the best in sport you have to work very hard for it.
Not liking the scoring team has to kick off although we’d benefit more than any other team

Yeah I get that and I should have worded it better but realistically if it was a full time rule who would not want to receive?

Have you seen them play? 5 hit ups and kick to the corners.. I don’t think it’s about training hard I think they do not like his style of game and really Reese Walsh got them over the line last year, .. I’d be happy for him to be the origin coach but apparently his methods are very difficult to endure for a 27 round competition…
The facts remain that the only club he has failed at is here and he has been a success at National and State level.I understand that he has obvious issues as a coach (they all wear out their welcome after time) but he has failed ONLY here to get results.
