They say once your voice goes, itās all down hill. Poor guy.Looking at how much the disease has progressed, even the 500m walk would have taken a lot out of Jai. You can see he's trying to tough it out and walk up right without a frame.
I hope all this awareness helps raise some funds for research into neuro disorders. The best cure could be early detection and the more we can research the early signs, the more likely we are of developing something to slow down the progress at least.
It's only downhill once diagnosed unfortunately. They say once your voice goes, itās all down hill. Poor guy.
Mate all hell would.break loose ...it would be all.over social media.
Hit the sternum first and then head came forward from whiplash. One still 2D frame way after contact is a very bad way to judge this
Just saw a replay again right now...good descriptionHit the sternum first and then head came forward from whiplash. One still 2D frame way after contact is a very bad way to judge this

Both times he walked out he was clinging to his arm. My guess is he doesnāt have much strength in it feels and feels a bit insecure being front and centre with all eyes on him. Felt like there was an element of self soothing and a way to calm himself. It's only downhill once diagnosed unfortunately.
The rate of progression is so scary
Weirdly enough, I smile when I see Jai, not cry. I've worked a little in paediatric neuro and do some work in NDIS. Not many people get the "ending" that Jai is getting. Others with neurodegenerative conditions probably live this through Jai.

when Latrell was just a boy
I love watching Latrell. Hate playing against him.
He could have legitimately followed through and hit him on the ground to complete the tacke right?Heās a grub⦠biggest in the game.
No need to stand over the kid like a hero.
Only one close is Cody Walker
A centre of more moderate proportions beings 5ft 10inch and 88kg.Michael Gabrael debut tonight for the Sharks.
Hopefully has a big game.
Expected to have a big career ahead.
Hopefully see him in a Tigers jersey one day.
Agree with your comments but still hate his guts.Sadly Galvinās antics in leaving brought chaos to our team and his inclusion brought a huge disruption to the Dogs team last season. He has weathered the storm over the past 18 months and is now turning into a much more composed and effective player for the Dogs. He has a pretty good future, imo as he grows in maturity and settles more into the Bulldogs style of play.
Lots of people think he is what we need.poor old Spencer ain't real bright lol
liability
Hotheaded players still have a role to play in the NRL but they have to be kept in line. Their intimidation and short bursts of ultra aggression can change the flow of the game.Lots of people think he is what we need.
Maybe for half his current contract because if he was here he would only be available to play half the season with all the time he would get on the side line suspended.
Totally out of control.
