I’m glad the broncos made the bulldogs look silly, we got hammered all week losing to that Brisbane team by 1 point but in reality it’s still probably a top 8 team without their stars. Madge has done an enormous job with that club

I think if they are fully fit come September they’ll be hard to stop again

That was the same complaint at the Broncos

I love Wayne Bennett the best in an interview about his coaching he said

I have a simple game plan that everyone can understand and when your under pressure and then I like to have different players with different skills and body shapes to complement my plan not everyone the same

I really think Benji's coaching style this season mirrors that of Bennett, his old mentor.

I bet Benji still calls Wayne for advice from time to time.
