id like to know why i dont get any reply to my posts im new to this or is it only the favourites who ket a go

You have to post something interesting or controversial. Just say we shouldn't have sacked Farah or Cleary is doing a terrible job and we shouldn't have hired him. Or, if you really want to get a reply, say Aaron Woods is your favourite player and you don't thinka he's done anything wrong. That will surely get you a response.

Terrible advice.

Guy has made 8 posts, probably nothing noteworthy.
Just keep contributing mate, its all discussion.

That and I'd respectfully suggest using some punctuation. I have trouble following what he says sometimes.

As much I would have liked Teddy to remain loyal, all this turmoil with him, Woods, Moses and Ava leaving has brought all of us fans back from our slumber and dejection. We've all got something to get enthusiastic and excited about now - all of a sudden there is a blue sky. So many more posts and engagement from supporters. To those players who didn't want to stay - all I can say now is a big THANK YOU!!

IMO 4 players left to sign - One more quality prop (Brenton Lawrence or Kasiano), a classy FB, a very fast winger and a quality tough centre. I believe with the guys we're bringing into the team we will start to see a real lift in performance from some we already have such as Marsters, Tatola, Felise, Edwards, Aloiai, Liddle. It's a lot easier to play well and reach your potential when you're team mates are inspiring you and lifting the standards.

So, you have named two forwards, who may or may not be under contract and available, who you would like for the team.

So, please name:- a classy fullback, a very fast winger and a quality, tough centre who are also available. I am guessing that one of these 5 is a goal kicker.

Sounds easy.

Sorry MagpieCol, I have named options in a previous post and was being lazy - they were:

Gagai, Hoppa, Lolohea, Chambers, Klokstad, Mosby-Gela, Fonua

As for Lawrence and Kasiano - the first is off contract and the second is a chance of being released by Doggies due to their own cap issues.

Well, to start things off. We could try to sign CHN as a second-rower who, if my memory is correct, can kick goals. Will Hopoate is available as a centre or fullback, and imo he is pretty classy. Kato Ottio, Gela-Moseby or (unlikely) Marika Koroibete who could become available soon if ARU axe the Force. Dane Gagai and Chambers are both off-contract. If we put in a good offer, a miracle might happen. Not to mention Barba, Folau, and many others.

Call me delusional, but is it wrong to be optimistic? We've already signed players I would have never expected us to sign in Reynolds, Matulino, Packer, etc. Who knows what's next?

Looks like Hoppa wants to stay at the Dogs.

Gordon is retiring.

1\. Lolohea/Folau ( )
2\. David Nofoaluma
3\. Moses Suli
4\. Will Hopoate
5\. ???
6\. Josh Reynolds
7\. Luke Brooks
8\. Ben Matulino
9\. Matt McKilwrick
10\. Russell Packer
11\. Chris McQueen
12\. CHN/Nelson Asofa/Guerra
13\. ET

14\. Liddle
15\. Lawrence
16\. Paasi
17\. Aloiai/Sue/Twal

This is what I'm hoping for next year. I will always have my doubts with Lolohea, hopefully he performs. Hopoate is a must-have. He will complete the team. His defense, experience, etc is vital. I am pretty happy with the team, and CHN can kick goals so that's done. Paasi can provide some impact off the bench. I am quite worried with the age of our recruits and the lengths of their contracts… Reynolds will be 32 by his contract expiry. Matulino and Packer will be alright at 31, as most props do. Chris McQueen is only a temporary solution, we will need to replace him and Lawrence very soon. CHN is also a must-have. Positive times ahead :sign: :righton:

I would also like to get a better 2RF so then we could shift Lawrence to the bench and Aloiai out of the team.
Still don't really know who could goalkick. Ivan could work that out in the pre season.

McQueen is here for 3 years and I wouldn't suggest he is here as a temporary solution. He is well and truly in the thick of the run-on side going forward.

He's 30\. He'll be 33 in 3 years. Doubt he'll still be in the starting side by then

Most forum members starting 13 is very strong however most forum members benches are quite weak.
We need an 80 minute hooker and carry two props, one strong second rower and a utility like Chee-Kam who can play in the backs and forwards.

Sue
Aloiai
Chee-Kam
4th spot J J Feilse or a new recruit like Passi or CHN.

True, but I wouldn't say 3 years is temporary.
