Must have been a quick meeting Pascoe on triple M said he hadn't talked to Farah only Ayoub….Robbie came back from Bali the week of the GF Luncheon and flew out to Lebanon 2 days after the GF....currently hunting in the Mountains of Bhayri...

After Justin Pascoe became CEO he organised a meeting between Robbie and Jason. I do not know whether Ayoub was there however Rod Reddy was with Jason.

The meeting was mediated by one of the most respected men in Rugby League! Initials LD!

At that meeting Reddy made allegations that were hotly disputed inflaming the situation.

I think you can guess why he is gone.

Until that meeting Robbie was still considering his options but decided to ' dig his heels in' because of what was said by Rod Reddy.

We are all passionate Wests Tigers supporters.

All this tells me is Farah and Ayoub are in control of what happens ..Reddy speaks his mind and lays it out as it is ,Robbie does not like hearing what others think then is shown the door and unemployed ..there is no mistake who rules the roost here .Next season is not going to be pretty do not fool yourselves in believing other wise .The new CEO is just another yes man!

The bottom line is this whole thing with Robbie has been handled very unprofessionally, by the club. We're seeing the fallout of it now.

How was it unprofessional, Telling a player he's free to look for another club? Because that's the gist of it. It's unprofessional to give players permission to negotiate?

No. It's unprofessional to say to your club Captain that " If you stay , you play reggies"

Fully agree, also Marinas husband shouldn't have commented. Hopefully the club has learned from this.

I don't claim to know a single detail of what transpired in this whole sage, but to think that Rod Reddy made any decisions independent of the wishes or directions of those above him in the pecking order is simple not believable. I'm surprised that he was appointed in the first place and I'm not disappointed to see him moving on, but I also don't believe his role in this saga was anything other than being a messenger.

The scenario i would believe would be the coaching staff discussing roster for next year.Questions arising about what to do with Robbie if not picked up by some other club and throwaway comment of play him in reggies. Good laugh all round. Reddy being the tool he is and thinking he can force Robbie out by shaming him tells him the coaching staff have decided to play him in reggies next year if he is still with the club. Robbie sooks and rings Ayoub - all hell breaks loose in the media. The Board drags their feet on knocking the whole thing on the head immediately by hauling the coaching staff over the coals for allowing this to happen and releasing a presser. Robbie and Ayoub continue to put the boot in - the media are in a feeding frenzy. Meanwhile Pascoe has come on board and makes decision to sack Reddy for his stupidity and gives Taylor a wrap on the knuckles and tells him to control his staff a bit better.
