Referees....

Fair enough SHARKS took advantage, but the Josh Reynolds/Lee touchline call around the 50th minute turned the game.

Brooks’s inside kick to Gallen for Holmes to run the length turned the game .
Poor game management from a player who should know better.

Im not one for blaming refs, i believe in overcoming them if your good enough. Today, while i don't hold them responsible directly for the loss, we were absolutely up against it. Mandatory penalties only to us, 2 different play the ball speeds, a similar amount of penalties against both sides but only 1 player binned. Its becoming ridiculous. Ivan either needs to rip into us about our poor discipline all year, or start ripping into the refs about some atrocious decisions to use the bin. It's almost like the refs walk out there with a quota they have to fill in regards to the bin.

Did Lee lose the ball into Reynolds and regather or did I imagine that?

Yes he did. But it's only the Wests Tigers so if in doubt go against them.

I REPEAT - courtesy of the officials the top 8 (in no particular order) at the end of the season _will_ be:

Brisbane
Melbourne
Souths
Penrith
Cronulla
St George
Roosters
Warriors

Have a look at the results and the refereeing this weekend so far, and tell me it isn't so.

fifita and hargraves ,in the past two weeks, have laid all over tigers players and got away with it.
paul gallen can do what he wants with referees as well.
thats what i reckon anyway.

Worst part about this kick was Tui was on his left on the short side.

To me that call where Lee was being bundled into touch and tried to get rid of the ball did it.

If the refs can't make a common sense call on a decision like that then what hope have we got?
Imo that was a massive turning point in the game and it was a disgraceful decision.

The refs have and will ruin this season of the NRL and the current big nobs in charge of refereeing need to be sacked before next season. The game is becoming a joke

Hopefully there’s a howler in the grand final that costs a team the big one, then things might change ?
At least we won’t be on the wrong end of the stick in that game !

If there is a howler, you know the teams that it would favour and it would never be us.

Yep 100%. That was a stupid play. 1st he was almost standing at hooker and then moved to the blind side to but in a cross field chip kick which no one was aware of and pushing up for. Rubbish play.
