Release Moltzen first

I have no doubt that Moltz has talent but his timid nature and lack of confidence bar him from being anything more than a less-than-average footballer.

Don't be nice ,just get rid of him

Make a statement to all the players that the 2012 junk won't be acceptable in 2013

Only problem with that is we need a new coach before that happens 😛ray:

I can imagine Sheens and Humpty calling Beau into a meeting… I bet it went something like this.

"We're sorry Beau, we have to start shopping you around to other clubs. I mean, you were our most consistent back this year, and we just can't have you deliver consistent performances and expect to remain with the club. Furthermore, when you played fullback, you out-performed Moltzen on every occasion. How do you think this made him feel? I mean, we did just up his contract for three years with a clause that he may never be dropped, no matter how terrible he plays. Then you come along and upstage him, can't you see how this is damaging to the team structure?
We also think you have too much heart for this team. Courage is something this club simply won't tolerate. We need you to be more like Blair and Moltz, you know, pea-hearted performances.
And lastly, your attitude and personality just doesn't fit with the club's culture. We like disharmony amongst our players. Don't you remember how all the talk last year of ousting Gibbs and Fifita for Blair coincided with our run to the finals? We can't have people in the team who are passionate for the club.
Go somewhere you'll win a premiership under a coach with some sanity."

Ryan: Plays his ring out, one of the most consistent players in any otherwise abysmal year: Club renegs on his deal, shops him out.

Moltzen: Isn't a fullbacks rear end, had a crap season and shouldn't have been playing for the club in 2012 anyway: Gets a three year extension.

Business, WT style.

More or less…Unfortunately 😢

Sounds like the way we deal with the coach too. Hadn't made the finals for four years, give him a three year extension :crazy

You guys are joking Moltzen has heaps of talent which was shown in the game against the dragons he can win you a game more than Ryan & Heithington & he has more talent than both.

Here we go again.

Define "talent".

He is a very average first grader.

Moltzen this Moltzen that- blah blah blah- what about Moltzen off the field. Has anybody seen Moltzen without designer sunglasses. They're glued to his face. It's like Kojak & his chuppa chup. Moltzen is too cool…..........

like most of our player I would like to see Moltzen play under another coach before I feed him to the lions.Very hard to play with any confidence when the team is going backwards and you don't have a no7\. Lets just hope that Sheens jumps across the pond

Also we are not privy to what is actually happening behinds the scene. The players may have approached the club. It was plain to see that our top 17 needed a clean out and new players had to be introduced to the club. Okay both Ryan and Rhino had b ig hearts and turned up most weeks but they also lacked skill in other areas. Iam all for a slow gradual cleanout

I am in agreement there BUT the first players who should be punted are the ones that DONT TRY not the ones that do.
