Mate that is crap , i think Moltzen was a handy footballer , other teams were interested but he stuck with the Tiges at the time , we are talkin bout a bloke whi was good enough to play in the big league , not a park footy player

Nah, mate, its my opinion, on a forum. I agree he was a "handy" footballer and good enough to play first grade at one stage. Since when is handy good enough. After his injuries he got incredibly gun shy. I dont blame him but thats not good enough for a first grade fullback.

He should have been a man of his word and gone to Saints.

I dont get it mate i think anyone who has laced a boot in first grade is a great achievement and I wouldn’t bag any of them

If Josh does return to the Dogs I hope he has better luck with injuries and other issues than he had with us. He's always seemed a good style of bloke even when it would have been so easy to just throw in the towel. Be great to see him finish his career back where it all began.

Apparently all that is required is to have Reynolds return to Doggies is the decision to be rubbered stamp by Doggies Board.
In regard to bagging first grade players it very easy to hide behind a keyboard and critise the only people in a position to do that is another first grade player and very few choose to do this because they know how hard it is to get to first grade

Moltzen had some great games in first grade and he dished up some rubbish. Not questioning his metal but I would say overall he was a flop, his body/injuries didn’t help.

I was happy when we signed jr, I’ll be happy if he leaves going to the dogs, freeing up some cap space. Bit like a boat.

Back end of either 2010 or 2011 Moltzen was good

I'll put up with a lot of nonsense on forums but I will not allow Braith Anasta to go un-bagged. Take that back right now.

Reading through the kennel (yikes)... They believe Josh is going there. Also saying that Voldemort made enquiries yesterday

I agree that it is a great achievement to play first grade, obviously much higher level than I made....but that means we never criticize a first grade player?

Lets all agree - every player that makes NRL is a great footballer! Just that some are greater than others, and if you want to win more times than you lose you need to have a team that has more of the "greater" ones than the "not as great ones".

the poor bastard doesn't deserve to be coached by that spineless gimp after everything he's gone through. either let him have his homecoming or stay here

C’mon guys, let’s face the facts, jr was just another Braith. I hope he gets back to the dogs, plays a handful of good games and his team mates shoulder carry him off to the roar of adoring fans. But for us he was just another Braith.

It's also hard to get to the top of politics and entertainment, but if you're paid by and work for the public then you're deserved to be judged by them as well ala meatloaf, Donald, sco*mo etc

Agreed mate, but there is criticism and then there implying that someone was gutless or a joke, and displaying ignorance to the courage they showed to make first grade in the 1st place. Moltzen had enough deficiencies as a footballer to point out and be critical of, he didn't need to be compared to a 12 year old girl implying that he lacked courage.

Tim played some solid games as a halfback for us early in his career, we won 7 in a row with him at halfback at one point. As injuries had their impact and he was moved to fullback we saw a player who was out his depth in the position, he didn't really attack the ball in the way a fullback should and his kick returns lacked urgency. See it is possible to discuss his difficulties as a footballer without calling him gutless.

Thats a fair point when he played in the halves he was ok without being great but when he went to FB he changed from Tim to Timid because he wasnt suited to what a FB should be doing

100%, he was terrible at fullback, he wasn't a great halfback by any stretch of the imagination but he wasn't played to his strengths, we have had a number of players over the years who have been played out of position and it has lead to them being harshly judged by the fanbase. Morris and Lawrance are 2 other examples.
