Any news on the launch Kul?

The app is ready and sitting idle until Kaiser can finish the new site.
Why? The app relies on several scripts on the server to run. At the moment the Beta is referencing the scripts that are sitting in the "testing" part of our server. As soon as the new site goes live i'll know what the new addresses for the scripts are, then update the app and submit it to apple for final approval.

dude, why would you bother with an android imbedded phone? its so much more "less polished" compared to a mac OS, leave these guys be to finish up the website and app with time so that way its not "messy" in any way, still got ages until round 1 anyway

Why - Cause Apples are good looking and only slightly functional in the real world. They appeal to people who are about flash because they have some of the best marketing brains on the planet employed. I know I used to work for Apple.

Android which I hope is terrible closed to chrome should be stable and practical with out the additional fluff.

Plus the few mates of mine who havent moved to HTC from Apple yet are planning to with their next upgrade.
Im in no rush for the Android app as long as its coming I will be patient. The boys are doing an exceptional job.

Excited about next week.

going off the latest figures, iphones account for about 8% of traffic to this website (and growing)
android accounts for less that 0.5%

thing is that Australia is unique in the fact that iOS dominates the marketplace here.

HTC is Android and wont work I believe…

This is the handset Im after as well and may be forced to go Iphone.
