Furr & Blake 93,
I hate any thing from the East of Sydney. I Hate the Sixers, Sydney F C, Swans, and Roosters. People from the East have never worked a hard day in there lives. The hardest decision they make is black or white coffee. Waking up in Bellevue Hill and Getting into a Range Rover and going to the beach every day is not a hard day.

I can not understand how any one from a working class back ground can follow any thing from the East.

that's an extreme generalisation. My father is from the "east" and works harder than anyone I've ever met. How does someone's location determine if they're a hard worker or not? You display phenomenal ignorance with every post you make.

Braith Anasta is unwanted at WT?

I was always taught Pick and Stick, No matter what.

Jumping from one team to another is not right

Crandle to Grave.

Is it wrong for me to thing like this.No matter what team it is.

I'm always a little perplexed how people develop a deep passion for sporting teams that pop up virtually overnight. Teams like the Thunder, Sixers, GWS, the Wanderers etc. Its not like a passion thats passed down from generation to generation. Even seeing people in Titans gear at Tigers games in Sydney seems so out of place

I have jumped off the swans and Sydney fc and onto GwS and the Wanderers and was surprised how quickly I was quite passionate about my new teams. Not like the tigers but I support league more than either AFL or soccer
I get your point but for me it was a choice to support them and the giants first win was on par with any tigers win this year

If they're living the good life and not working hard they must be working very smart. Perhaps that's the philosophical lesson to be learned from this brain fart.

One of the most outrageous and ridiculous claims I've ever read on here to top off what can only be described as a joke of a thread. You probably think Santa Claus drops off pressies to kids in the east first too.

I suggest you seek psychological help, seriously, you need it.

It's worked well in Belfast and on the West Bank over the past half century. …
Very passionate cradle to gravers in both locales ...

I guess it's what you identify with that ignites that passion. I follow the Thunder in the BBL, wouldn't say I'm fanatical about it though as I find T20 is a dumbed down brand of cricket. I enjoy watching all the teams compete in the BBL and will watch any game when it's on television.

As Sabre said also, Farah is good mates with Daniel Smith, and he's probably supporting him at the Sixers now.

Better hope we never see Benji get into a stink out the front of a Hungry Jacks, everyone will think he's turned his back on McDonalds.

TBH I did notice this and think it was odd on the night that he's not backing the same team as last year.

Is it a huge deal? No.
Is it a missed opportunity for a cross promotion between two teams representing the west? Maybe

Do the thunder suck? Unequivocally yes

How will this effect Robbie's contract status at the end if this season? Here's hoping not at all.

This is the same person who received the same kind of response earlier in the yr before the start of the season when he said he had no time for non-members and threw out the old ''real supporters'' chestnut

I take Goose and CB's comments that you can develop some kind of passion, but i don't believe you could develop one sooo deep that you are mortified when the captain of the team you supports turns up for another team who 2 yrs ago weren't even a twinkle in their fathers eye.

BUILD. A. BRIDGE.

or try a new hobby

Even in a pile of crap like this thread there is some gold.

Ps I drink short macchiatos. I don't know if that's considered a black or a white coffee.

Wests supporters don't drink macchiatos, or affogatos, mochas or anything that isn't black coffee.

And I agree that for anyone that drinks skim milk: shoot to kill!

Farmers Best or Shape drinkers should be maimed, obviously.
