Great reward for a guy who's quality has gone through the roof in the past two years. I don't doubt he'll do a good job. I know he'll do a good job. What a story it would be for him if he was to captain them to a win. After all he's gone through. Best of luck to Robbie. Also to Aaron. Glad to see he gets another chance now. I felt game two didn't really present itself the opportunities he'd be hoping for. Hopefully a better chance to show his skills this time.

Absolutely, Tigerpete! Farah's gone from being considered not tough enough for Origin to NSW captain in the space of about 18 months! It would certainly be icing on the cake if we won and he did indeed lift the series trophy. It would be a better story than Ashton Agar is at the moment, imo

Agree with you about Woods, also. None of the NSW players could do anything about the onslaught from QLD in the first half of Game 2 and unfortunately all Woods got to do in his short stint was tackle! Hopefully, NSW will get a better start this time around and we will all get to see the real Aaron Woods on display

Well said gents agree with you very pleased for Robbie and Aaron.

He'll need to work hard on the refs, without being a pest…keep em on his good side...Smith is the master of manipulation and coercion,( has photos)

Robbie needs to be up there too getting our fair share - and more

Do you guys reckon that if we manage to pull of a win that Farah will remain captain next year? Assuming he does a decent job of it of course.

I think the discussion might well come up, great player and he will be remembered as the guy who led us to victory so, would he get another go?

Wouldn't think so, Gallen is still the sides spiritual leader.

This is perfect karma for Gallen. Every yr at Origin time he treats his club with contempt putting Origin before them, sitting out games as to not risk injury, If Farah treated Wests the way he treats the Sharks id be disgusted.
