The good thing about team sport and in particular Rugby League is that the people you play with are your brothers. Having put your bodies on the line for each other, there exists a kinship that cannot be easily broken.

I have noticed some say that a few comments cut it close to the bone. It is only with your closest mates that you could hammer each other so publically, then say love ya in your sign off.

Look forward to reading this as it continues.

Yeah they can never understand fully the bond you have with your old team mates. Its all the little things you share that makes it such an exclusive group. The times you did something great and you looked at your team mates and they all looked at you with total respect in their eyes. That stuff is irreplaceable. Hopefully they are the memories that last until our deathbeds.
Rob and Bryce have shared hundreds of these moments their careers. It doesnt surprise me Gibbsy took Farahs side against Ryan even though Beau has shared dozens of moments with them as well.
