You said the papers are not to be believed. You implied that they didn't tell the truth.

The truth is, admitted to by lui, is he viciously attacked a women, twice that we know of while drunk and once while she was pregnant. I'm not sure what part the press are covering up? Don't try to sugar coat the fact that the guy is a dirtbag. What mitigating circumstances could you possibly know and the press didnt report that would excuse what he did.

Don't bother answering cause I really don't care what you think you know. It was purely rhetorical.

No, Football is a game this goes beyond that. Winning football games in secondary to the health and welfare of a human being and anyone who thinks otherwise is no better that Lui or anyone who uses their fists against a woman.

your probably right…. but i think some of the memebers on here only think of the players ability and thier so called morals

as i said i bet if Inglis, or Bird (in his prime and time of it all happening) wanted to come to tigers, 95% of the members would have and in inglis case 99% of members would say YES in a heart beat.... thats where thier morals would go out the door

Its funny how the majority of people get on the moral high horse with Lui but when it comes to Inglis and Bird they're happy to cream themselves about how good they are and ignore their off-field indiscretion
 
cause they base it off Ability rather then the Morals they think they have… Morals dont come in a choice... either stick to the morals or dont try and be a do gooder trying to make your self look good on a forum

I am sure they would be for the majority.

I would not be a member during the period of time he was signed though.

Laying hands on a woman in that way is up there with Rock Spiders on the scumbag scale for me personally. it is the way I was raised

Thats all im saying… majority of the people on here say NO to Lui....
but it would be vice versa if it was GI etc.
Dont take this as me thinking what he did is acceptable. cause it isnt.. its outright wrong.

But If the NRL is willing to let him still play, and honour a contract, he has been dealt with, thats the end of the story.. as much as we may not think its right..

If i was the NRL i would have rubbed him out of the game incl GI and Bird etc.. for LIFE.... But im not and they havnt.

Huh? English your first language champ cause your argument is all over the place.

I first replied to your moronic statement that we shouldn't believe what the papers tell us. Fair enough, if the papers are telling us " half truths" you fill us in on the whole truth. You won't because you have nothing to offer and your generic statement has been called out. You can hide behind the weak " I don't have to tell you anything" all you want but the truth is lui beat a lady, admitted to it, and the tigers did the right thing by sending him packing.

It is a forum ( well done on that observation Einstein!) but that dosnt mean you can post anything you want and not expect it to be ridiculed if its ridiculous. If you know anything that would vindicate Lui then put up or shut up.

Really???? i dont remember seeing threads on forums from members for the 12 mths between the two incidents asking for his head, nor during the semis, or members saying they refuse to renew memberships, or boycott games for that 12 mths… maybe for a week or so after the first inital problem.. but what about the rest huh?? People will forget everything once its finished with... specially whilst the club is in good form.. If anyone can show me a thread on this forum 3 mths before the 2nd incident about the 1st incident ill take back everything i said... But im pretty sure everything about Lui was ALL Good and positive.... sign him up they said...wasnt the talk of him going to the Cowboys around that time to... the fans were wanting him Signed up ASAP. !!!
