I know it's sounds extreme, but I honestly have no other answers. Not sure if sacking madge will fix it. Seem to have so many, over the last 10 years, that don't want to do the hard yards. Ppl are quick to talk culture but its leadership and working our asses off is the only way out.

we would find a way to stuff it up, look at the Robbie Fiasco we couldn't even get that right

We are struggling to spend our salary cap in the last two seasons because no one wants to come here unless it's on massive overs. We've been burned so many times in the past that the club is rightfully shying away from paying up.

You can’t even pay way unders for a few years and kick the can down the road because there is a cap floor. So our lack of credibility in the player market is our issue. See ya Pascoe that’s on you.
