If you were a kid in the south west, as if you wouldnt support Penrith or Dogs, or a kid in the inner west you would choose souths, parra or roosters or jump on the swans. Performances like that will leave a long legacy. People might think thats dramatic but it is the reality

My 12 year old nephew, who followed the Tigers since 4 or 5 has given up. No surprises who he is now a fan of…he wears his Penrith jersey with pride.

If you watched the first half, you saw their 2nd try where our blokes missed a heap of tackles and were made look really poor.
That was the entire second half.

It’s sad but even 2027 is probably optimistic at this point. Back end of Api career , young guys not really showing much and by that point they will have come accustomed to loosing. Our great Penrith hope will have cashed his paycheck and with no players around him , what can he do? I can’t see any light really.

They have no steel and a disturbing lack of fire in the belly for nrl football. Nobody was actively trying to impact the result except for api who tackled himself into a standstill. IMHO api should go to another team, he doesnt deserve the apathetic rubbish these loosers dish up every week.

Maybe we need to hit rock bottom?
