TEAM LIST Round 14 vs. Raiders

One thing that gives me confidence is that 3 cowboys (among others )outplayed the NSW blues being
Murray Tualagi - 2 trysavers and a strip
Val Holmes -a number of breaks
Rueben Cotter - man of the match !
Yet in their previous game of footy the Wests Tigers made fools of them
We were able to do what the blues couldn't so Raiders should be no problem just hope we are not missing our little organiser Api

The Cowboys had a vey bad night and we capitised.

Today will be a better indication of how much improvement there has been under the new coaches.

Now can we take a look at possible reasons Blore overlooked ?
Fitness, attitude and fueds ?
Who has the inside track on what’s happening?
 
No it didn't but with every club chasing Groat and the hottest junior prop going around why not keep him same with Tedesco Stgeorge all but had him and Sheen's steps in and stopped it Paid him out of the salary cap as a junior

No it didn't but with every club chasing Groat and the hottest junior prop going around why not keep him same with Tedesco Stgeorge all but had him and Sheen's steps in and stopped it Paid him out of the salary cap as a junior

Or maybe just the simple answer - that he is not one of our best 17 positionally?

Blore is an edge back-rower and not a middle forward - so on merit he needs to be in our best three edge back-row options to make the NRL game squad...

Our two starters own their spots - and we can only have one back-row option on the bench given we carry a 2nd dummy half and need two middles!

But AJ has proven to be equally adept at edge-back row as he is in the backline - giving us more flexibility to cover centre/wing if required.

So Blore misses out - it's really that bloody simple!!

Aside from that - he has missed two years of footy and is far from a fully developed player at this stage!

Stop looking for conspiracies that aren't there ("attitude and FEUDS") like a cheap Murdoch sports/gossip columnist!

I think it's as simple as; he's coming off a long term injury and his development is better served playing 80 minutes in reserves each week than 31 minutes off the bench in firsts.

For the time being at least.

Thanks S, I thought there may have been more to it than the simple answer. He had a wrap on him but just seems to be regularly overlooked at present and when they favoured Seyforth over him I was surprised coz I rate him higher.

Im not sure who spent the week around the team but Im sure guys like Joey Johns do not help one iota. He has a viceral hatred of QLD and cannot contain it. Remember years ago when his message to the squad was to 'get out there and smash Greg Ingliss?

Hudson looked to be taking the field with a mindset of destroyer. That is not wise in your debut game. He went away from the game style that got him selected in the first place. He got carried away and no one settled him down, they just hooked him and made him ride the pine for the majority of the game.
Mentorship is poor within that Blues camp.

He is a good player though, tough as with X factor skills. We need to nullify his involvement tonight.

Yeah if we don't put 50 on them we won't make the 8. They are a nuffy squad. Kissed on the proverbial with the draw. They are nothing. Myths.
