17. Alex Seyfarth
18. Adam Douhei (I went back and forth over him or Seyfarth as 18th man, but I think Seyfarth always looked better coming on agaisnt tired opponents than as being a starter, also Mason at 14 can slot anywhere in the backs).

Like it....I'd like to see Sukkar get another starting shot...he could be a beast

Seriously need to get Doueihi out of the centres we get nothing out of his yardage carries.
Without the 6-7 pens in our half we would have been playing that game on the backfoot all game. That’s because besides Skelton we make no metres in contact when coming out of our half. To’a is great in the attacking zone but rubbish in our half as well.
Skelton is a worry under the high ball. So I would move Skelton to centre and bring in a game breaking winger (we just so happened to sign one on a T&T deal.)

I’d swap Bird for Hunt otherwise the same. Bird for cover in the backs.

I can't see Taylan May ready for NRL for at least a month.
AD has become a real liability and happy for Luke L to be given an opportunity.
I hope Hunt with another run in State Cup is ready to return to NRL side with some points to prove. Seyfarth needs to only come off the bench and hopefully a depth player in 2026.

That’s not a bad starting team Demps!

With May, just remember he’s on train and trial, he’s not top 30. That indicates he’s not going to be rushed. For all we know, they might spend the rest of the year, getting his head straight and getting him back to being physically ready for the week to week grind. Wouldn’t surprise me if he only comes in, in the last few games, and is given some time in KOE first.

Interesting game. Raiders took time to get on top of an average Souths. We stuck it to Panthers (with 6 Origin players), and have players back.

Should be a good one.
Who do Raiders have in origin? I can only think of Hudson Young atm

Good chance he gets rested coming back from Perth and it’s a Friday night game.

I reckon we stick it to them, out of all the tough games we have left I think raiders in this game is the most likely victory

If he was in a top team maybe.

If he kills it in Cup, I reckon benji will fast track him for the NRL asap

Win or continue the slide down the ladder.
I was hopeful of a 12th or better finish, now only time will tell....
No use saying our run starts now like we have heard during various seasons over the years.
The run to finals footy starts from game 1.

We say that year after year….Raiders are a bogey club for us.
They lift and usually do us over pretty comfortably.
Yes Hudson may be missing, but they will be coming off a bye round, have a tough no nonsense pack, clever halves and plenty of speed.
We will have to be very good for the majority of the 80 to get them.

It’s just my thoughts.
Doesn’t mean it’s an absolute guarantee

We’re due a win, been within a bees dick of the cowboys, panthers and souths.
