The refs aren't the problem. The Tigers are. You could have 20,000 people screaming for penalties and it still wouldn't fix the errors, missed tackles and dumb footy we dish up every week. The refs aren't listening to the crowd at Campbelltown because they're too busy watching the Tigers beat themselves.
