A clueless coach!
Mason missed 11 tackles last week. Umpteen missed tackles this week and one led directly to a try........ [6 points].
Hooked the second half and we score points and Canberra don't score any.
FFS Benji. open your eyes------where is that stats. girl------don't you talk to her?
If Mason is not in Reggies next week learning how to tackle you've lost me Benji.
Luai and Latu 6 'n 7 whichever suits is a must. Latu is wasted at lock. Get another middle defender.
Mason is young with L Plates on. Let him learn in a lower grade, not at the pivotal 5/8 NRL position.
Rant over.

Tbf apparently Latu is on restricted minutes. Hopefully he starts next week though

I said a great job building the team culture.
He is clearly not on the same level overall as Cleary, Bennett, Bellamy but he has managed to get more wins than the last 3 spoon years, that’s a clear improvement and he has until 2026 imo
Fair enough....I put results before anything else but respect your view and understand where you are coming from

After seeing Seyfarth in the middle for last couple of weeks, I think he looks way more comfortable there. Should be on the bench that can cover injury on an edge at a pinch.
I think Latu looks to be the guy we build our team around with Luai.
Not sure what Tony Sukkar did wrong? Great edge defence and is a much bigger body and is a much bigger threat with the ball.
Mason is still a kid and needs to play 5/8 in Reggie’s. Tries hard but needs to learn his craft.

Our attack in the opposition 20 especially has been pretty awful for years, but we’ve chopped and changed our spine for years too. Either injury or player changes.

We don’t have the wins on the board, but I think it’s important to remember that there’s been a fair few games this year like tonight where we’ve gone down by a less than a try or two. So the effort has been there.

We’re getting close. A lot of games this year we would’ve got pumped without some of our recruited and improved players. A few quality players (May and KPP are hopefully good additions) and we well find the missing pieces to the puzzle. The key is going to be keeping our better players along for the ride.

Something I noticed about our attacking shape is that we don't have someone running on the inside of the first receiver. Watch Cleary and Katoa. They both look inside before playing out the back. Jarome never looks inside or even has anyone there.

Don't know if anyone else noticed and there was no replay aired but the winger in the hair pull incident was at least 5m offside from the kick. Funny how the video ref was happy to go back to the start of the play on the bula offside but only looked at the tackle on that one
The bunker can only go back to the previous tackle, which unfortunately was THAT tackle.
