Are the players really pushing the envelopes or are Refs very whistle happy?

I can understand why the refs are blowing penalties... If they don't, we will end up with how the game was in the late 2000s with lots of wrestling and minute long play the balls.

The commentators are gonna start the ref bashing saying they need to stay out of it, but I feel it's the players who need to stop pushing the buttons.

Their passes a just so quick and crisp, the ball doesn't stay in their hands long, just a fraction of a second straight to a player in a better position.

Amazing what a few absentees can make to a team.....but the coach makes the side hey 🤔 which means Bellyache will get team home...not.

Amazing what happens when your whole team all want the ball, run as hard as they can when they get it and support each other in numbers. In D they all hit hard and stick, and were aggressive. Energy, enthusiasm and hunger shown by the Sharks.
