Round 18 Discussion *Spoilers*

If you were a halfback and your coach made you the main playmaker in attack but hid you out the back in defence? Would you be embarrassed lol

Fox have Mitch Moses at 0 runs for 0 metres and 20 from 24 attempted tackles. Difficult when your not running down hill I guess.

Panthers defence reminds me of the tigers when Voldemort took over - swarming like the East’s game back then

For all the ball they’ve had and the talent they’ve got, Penrith really struggling to crack Parramatta’s defence.

20 points should win you most games

Luai was better than Cleary tonight,,

Not by a long way. I was on that bandwagon for a long time because I hate the Clearys, but Cleary did everything tonight, from controlling the attack, to important momentum changing tackles to a perfect kicking game. Incredible watching such a dominant kicking game. Luai is good, and played a sort of early Benji role, but this game was all Cleary's.

Yeah, but honestly there's a huge gap between these two teams. Penrith are so dominant. Incredible how physical they are in defense. Parra were not scoring tonight.

True, I must admit I never envisioned Penrith as ever being this good. I actually thought they missed their Premiership window opportunity a few years ago. I certainly didn’t think they would do this well with Cleary as coach.

Great partnership

Exactly, Cleary enables Luai. it's what Benji always needed and never got (beside the brief spell with Prince and a workable partnership with robert lui).

They’re just more suited to play under the farcical 6 again rule than other sides

For sure. Possibly Brooks and Marshal aswell 6 or 7 years ago.
