Correct, it was mania. I was thinking of '97 when the Bears returned to Campbelltown the year after only to be beaten by the Maggies once again and to make it all the much sweeter, Jason Taylor was sin binned in the dying minutes  Leedsie plotted the 1 pointer that night :sunglasses: Campbelltown under lights & Leichhardt on a sunday arvo. You just can't beat it. How good is it that we've got basically all of our commercial games out of the way and now we can look forward to playing the remainder of our real home games at home!!

Wests Leagues is busy enough on a Friday night as it is - they are going are to be absolutely chockers after this game.

This is a replay of the match at Leichhardt in 2008 which we won by a couple of points after leading well early. It will always be remembered for the sin-binning of Nathan Friend and Bryce Gibbs, with Gold Coast captain Scott Prince, audible on the TV microphones, complaining to the ref that it wasn't fair because they'd lost a smart hooker and all the Tigers had lost was a 'dumb prop'.

Love ya Bryce, but I had to laugh.

Ahhh the memories..

A little bit off topic, anyone remember when we had to have a game against penrith moved from Campbelltown stadium to Parramatta stadium, and we had lost a fair few games in a row, 8 if i remember correctly?

We won 7-6 over penrith thanks to a Leo Dynevor field goal! Good times.

I remember always losing then, but never being stressed out about losing like I am now. I guess the make up of the team back then was pretty average and i half expected it.

I'll never forget that game. I was on the eastern side. The look on Jason Taylor's face when it went over was priceless.
