Benji is guilty of bad talent ID and bad team selections because of it, but no coach on the planet could coach that team we fielded tonight to do any good.
The forwards are ok, except what I and many have identified as no speed and no attacking punch, particularly on our edges.
Doueihi was once again our only real attacking threat.
Our 1-5 is far and away the worst in the NRL.
Until we fix that and overhaul our 1-5 plus get some back uk forwards with a bit of speed and attacking flair, it will not matter who our coach is as we will get the same result.

You'd have to almost bin the whole team. Nobody except for Adam douhei deserve that jersey.

AD had a couple of good individual moments. Plenty of poor defence from him, though. If he wants the 7, he needs to remember he's got 12 teammates.

I was thinking today about Luais play for us, vs his play for penrith. I wonder how much of the difference comes down to Benjis approach vs chindaddys approach. My suspicion is that Benji is more 'near enough is good enough' where chindaddy would challenge him and call him out for lazy play.
Just my pondering.

PNG & the Perth Bears will play finals before this organisation will with that enthusiasm. Doesn't take much to let that sink in. The Dolphins will be playing finals footy before the club has even been a consideration.

Well, the Dolphins are about to. Imagine in 2012 being told a team who isn’t even in the comp yet will play finals before we do again. And that team won’t be in the comp for over another decade.

Well I didn't make it through watching past 20 minutes in the first half, this team are shit. No surprise to see that they lost, they simply don't have it. Looking at them playing, you'd swear they don't do any training. Absolute garbage.
