I think you should look at the replacement players he has to choose from before making this comment. It's easy to be passionate...not as easy to be objective and logical

Don't give them the opportunity to sulk & go into
their shells just yet by dropping them. Set the
challenge. This is a winable game — If they fail miserably
again/don't fire or show effort you can drop a few.
I think it's premature with all the injuries + ins & outs.
It's a pragmatic approach imo, the alternative is a
bunch of 18 and 19 year olds, 5 of them are playing
over the weekend. We're the only club that has fast
tracked so many juniors to 1st grade. It will pay off

Lobb wasn't dropped ....they said ankle injury .....lol

Perhaps, but for me,the season is gone and I’m willing to make some sacrifices.

Last week was entirely unacceptable and players need to understand that their are consequences.

Accountability.

Plus I’m a paid up member.

Just because he is playing reserve grade doesn’t mean he’s not being coached.
If he is improving that is what the COACH would be happy to see.

I was responding to the suggestion his papers are marked not to play NRL again. If that is true, it is not good management.

Who would you like to see in the team?
 
I would rather teach the vacationers in the side accountability now then next year when we are a chance of coming second last or better.

Especially for those with continuing contracts.

Just some hard decisions need to be made. This year is over.
 
I saw Justin olam in a few photos training and he's not even in reserves? What's happening with him

No one really.
But it makes for a nice excuse when the club can keep rolling out the ‘we came last but we have the youngest roster in the comp’ ‘good signs ahead’ narrative.

Talk is cheap but not their contracts.Hopefully these 2 start to perform to what they are being paid along with Stef and things will improve massively for us as a club
