I didn’t expect him to drop Bateman, Dway-he and Klemmer .. but I’m not disappointed he has … maybe this could light a fire for them …they need a shake up as their play has been poor the past couple of weeks ..

I would have also dropped Luke L and Faataape as well..i think they need a mental health break…

You know what they say, if you fall off a horse then get back on as quickly as possible. Let’s hope they both have good games this week !

Wests Tigers saying he will be back next year as he still has 3 years to run on his contract
The whole thing makes absolutely no sense !

That is true and if we can replace him with a good solid NRL player for next season I will be happy,
By leaving him languish in Reserve Grade it just makes it harder to find another club willing to take him off our hands and even on one of his bad days he is still far superior to young Laulilli and Faatape at this stage of their careers.
Anyone who thinks we can get within 20 of the Warriors by again selecting players who have not earned their NRL selection or are not ready, are off their heads.
This just gives our NRL team no chance of being competitive.

Naden cost us several games earlier this year and we also couldn’t score points. When he wasn’t in the bin that is.

This hasn't happened overnight.
Negotiations must have been ongoing for a while.
I see Richo as having been very busy in the background.
Management has drawn up a plan on who goes and who stays and is now being played out.

He needs to understand that his days here playing first grade at the Tigers are over and he should be actively trying to find a new team …

This wasn’t what he was saying publicly a few weeks back… if he wants to remain than the Magpies is his home …

Personally if I have to choose I would prefer to give the playing time to players that will form part of the plans for next year

Can you see young Laulilli and Faatape helping us climb the ladder in 2025 ?
This is the NRL we are talking about, not an audition for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

I’m in disbelief Benji is selecting players in our NRL team who get dusted up every time they play NSW Cup.
Reuben Porter had an absolute shocker playing NSW Cup on the weekend, so what do we do, promote him for his dismal performance.

Porter is there to cover homesick Bateman who isn’t even in the same hemisphere come game day …

Otherwise ..why would you be picking players getting dusted by 50 every week in the NSW Cup ..? Exactly right

Yep. He hates young players for some reason. Really likes to attack youngsters trying to make it in the NRL while campaigning for experienced players that continually let us down. Very odd to continually go after youngsters while giving seasoned players a free pass.
