That was such a horrible performance, both tries were individual plays. Every time we grubbered there were no players chasing through and everytime there was a break there were no players backing up. AD massacred at least 3 certain tries and Luai can co cant seem to strip numbers on the left. This team have really switched off and are not playing for their coach or their captain and certainly not the jersey or the fans.

The first few rounds it was so good to see the team chase kicks and also put pressure on the opposition. But they seem to have forgotten how to do that

Why did AD do all (99%) of the kicking today ? Was that part of the deal with him.
Guarantee that those 2 don’t go for a few beers together, but what do you do ?
Benji obviously won’t leave JL out of the team so it looks like they will continue to be distant neighbour's for a few more weeks.

Well Saukuru for one has at least done his time in reserves. Leading scorer in cup, similar profile to Makasini with similar defensive flaws but absolutely deserves a crack

Enough of the Dooey hate after today. He played pretty average but scored a try and kicked a field goal which should have been the difference. The tigers are terrible, he’s not the main issue.

How many bad long balls did he throw?

Luai was useless.

We have no genuine halves.

Throw madden and andrews in there for all i care.

Our attack is non existent. Thats the fault of the halves. How much good ball did our backrowers and centres get? None.

Douhei is not a 7. I advocated for him earlier in the season but the more he plays there the more obvious it is that he is out of position.

He cannot .. not if he wants any success.. AD is definitely in our best 17 but not at 7 or 6.. play him as a lock that roves,, like a extra 6 ,,, but please no more 7..gives his support players nothing to work with.. no time or space,, so milquetoast as a ball player, clunky and predictable

What do you do? Have some consequences for being a dick last week. Put him in Cup at lock. Make him play where it's best for the tram. Drop Luai to the bench or centre. They're both 💩. Put Andrews and Latu in the centres and tell them to play like AD and JL are coming for their spots.

I’d like to say the only way is up SQ but under our current coaching/ playing regime it seems impossible.
And yet our Seconds team continues to perform well , another big victory today with young Andrews getting a try and kicking 7 goals.
Why is this so …..
But I learnt a long time ago there is a solution for every problem, maybe we just haven’t been digging in the right spot.

Javon had 7 try assists as well, is double the try assists of the second best try assists in the comp .. kid can play,, defence needs work but ..

It looked a bit like he wasn't committed at all in that instance, moment of loss of concentration or just didn't care that much. It might of hurt being the first in on the big fella but....

He looks like he might be over it a bit

He was gassed and took the easy option- just turned his body and braced. I am concerned with API’s play. Been pretty ordinary. Can’t question his effort but we have worked him to death and are paying the price. His passing is below standard and is missing tackles. His contract will age poorly over the next two seasons imo.
