And NSWRLW also.Ryde Eastwood also won Ron Massey Cup and Sydney Shield so we won pretty much everywhere.
I think Sam was injured a lot of the year and he looked a lot smaller than last year too so wouldn’t surprise me if he was struggling to adjust to different playing weight.Sam had a strong case of second year syndrome over the first half of the year. He’s turned the corner the last 6-8 weeks.
Didn’t think he was quite with it today ?Well said .this time of the year the guys are usually planning Bali. Good job Benji

Yeah, me too. I’m still not sure about re-signing Toa , very injury prone and floats in and out of games. I have long term doubts about him coz I don’t think he has a strong ticker.Benji pretty much panned that idea in the presser. Speaking of which I absolutely loved how Luai spoke. That they talked during the week how important it is to get excited about finishing the season with some energy. Do it for the fans. He just gets it.
Stoked to get the Dub and rise up the ladder away from that damn spoon.....
However, they looked flat, walking onto the ball was really frustrating in attack... get deep and smash the line guys, RL 101. Dropped bombs and passes... Ugly as your Grandpas toenails....
Also left about 4 tries out there, which means we lap them like we should have.
Defensive effort cant fault that, solid.
Some work needed before the Cow pokes roll into town.
Sione is a middle. If he runs an outside line he scores early. Cuts back in like a front rower and butchered a certain try. He’s a stud prop. KPP will fix our right edge back row.The way Sione has played on the edge gives us options and depth in a position we were short in. It’s only middle forwards were depth is still a big concern. Lock can be covered by Twal, Latu, A.D.
Just need more props.
Im pretty sure they said during the call sharks have had the same spine since round 1.I went to two games this weekend. Sharks v Titans and Tigers v Sea Eagles.
Great to see the boys playing hard for Benji. I believe Luai is a big reason for this.
However, watching the Sharks attack the edges they were so crisp and they did it time and again. We are way off in getting to that level, which is possibly not surprising given the disruptions to our halves this year. Something to work on in the offseason.
