Dragons have 2 origin definites and a 3rd that was unlucky….
We’re here hoping Stefano makes origin even though he didn’t earn it…

That said - Api should feel hard done by.

I can definitely give you that Hunt is a big difference, but if you're talking about Lomax, he is a definite because of this year. I don't think he was even in the talks until Flanagan came.

Sua probably had one of his better years until he got dropped for Origin.

Suli, Molo, Eisenhuth, De Belin etc had a much better year than our pack/ outisde backs when on paper they're very similar if not worse than Klemmer, Papalii, Bateman, Stefano.

The club will keep feeding us the "we are in it for the long term" line, but we still have no idea how to get the best out of our own squad. We keep recycling players hoping we will know how to coach the next one better.

Only watched a couple of dragons games but from what I saw if you took eisenhuth out of that side the forwards would struggle imo.

Manly 2 weeks earlier had almost 2100 games experience (2096) and we beat them fairly well...I know thats not the only point to your post, just saying....

I realise your just saying...

I think Manly proved though how Sheensball cannot be a winning strategy. All attack, crap defense... get down 2 tries against a team like Easts that make you work for your points... you are gone.

ofcourse 2023 and 2024 proves this doesn't work.

Really hoping Bird and a fit Olam will give us a backline that can at least stop the soft tries.
We have the points, but that last game vs Parra we clearly don't hold our line.
