Footy was so scripted and managed because of the wrestle and over officiating. What we just saw was the rebirth of a great game. I didn’t even notice Sutton.

I think there is room for improvement still as well, id be calling 6 again on any nonsense on the ground. There was still a but there.

True but not nearly as much

I think the Broncos might struggle

It will be interesting to see how our young pack goes. I suspect they will do better than most.

The lighter bench for this weekend looks better now.

So big question (maybe for later) - how will we fare ?

Better than the sharks looking at both benches

I will be watching a lot more football if this is how it is going to be played

You don't watch every game now...?

Last 12 months I've started to find the game harder to watch, both because of the state of the game and other aspects of my life.

Similar, but been going on for longer and unless playing against WT, have not watched storm or sharks for years. Will give them another try with these changes.

Stefano and Blore for 2021 though? Both big units.

Despite the rule changes it will still come down to a referees interpretation and i am never confident about that for consistency

Possession is even more important under the new rules...

100%, and has the possession grows and you get no break you get slower in the ruck and likelihood of giving away 6 again rises and in some games that is just going to compound and teams will find it hard to get out of. Could happen in this match towards the end and Parra could blow them away.
