Round 3 **Live game thread v Dogs**

It’ll take the rest of the year for both pensioners to shake of niggles and injuries to reach there 300 Games ..

Expect a long season !
 
All went down hill when the injuries and HIA's started and that is what happens when you run a forward heavy bench, but its worth the risk.

We showed no respect for the Dogs when we had the ball and they were good enough to make us pay.

We had our chances but blew them, looked like we had a try early and may have been unlucky from how it looked.
 
As anybody seeing anything in Jennings to suggest he is a long term solution? He should be the one to miss out when Nofa comes back imo
 
I agree fully. Hes an average halfback on very good coin and has been his entire career. Luckiest footballer of the modern era. Naming him the best halfback last year was a sick joke on all rugby league fans.
 
That may be a bit harsh but he is a very frustrating player. He has been very average all year, and also all of his career, he has it in him.
Benji getting injured will be a blessing for Brooks, Grub can let Brooks run the show, and Benji is no longer a NRL 6 anyway, win win for us
 
I thought we looked good until the Dogs first try. Looked composed and played for position and possession and then went to water after the Dogs crossed after having the run of penalties.

Dogs have been very good with their possession in the first three rounds and it was eventually going to come together for them. We didn't take them seriously and got shown up in a big way.

The Dogs has it over us after 2 sets ..

We had more possession than the dogs but choked with more incomplete sets and made a ton of errors
 
You only have to be off a little to lose to any team in the NRL..Dogs were garbage the 1st 2 weeks made some changes and were very good today..they would have pushed a lot of teams…

I don't like it and are disappointed with the effort especially since the TEAM not individuals went away from what was working so well the 1st 2 games...lack of ball security completions and going wide instead of punching it up the middle cost us...

Yes we lost a game how they respond next week will tell me more of where the 2019 Wests Tigers are at than losing this one...
