The game has changed . Charlie Murray could be a Rueben Cotter type , former 9 bulked up to play down the middle , ball playing at the line , finding his front , creating ruck speed , and driving the line speed . I don’t see much of difference between 13 and 8 in the modern game . It’s just a number .
If he plays like that , he will be knocking on Wayne’s door looking for an upgrade . Also he’s extremely small as well

This will be a momentous win. The river of tears in the Rabbitohs dressing room should remind Bennet of the floods in Queensland.

He’s training and playing very well as is Sukkar. Depth in forwards is very strong, we are short a Centre until Toa or May are back

Look I think Maka can take it to Latrell,
but not on his 3rd NRL game.
Skelton can take the Ego knock, Maka will have enough of a hard time against Wighton.

We win this match on combinations and shape, not head to head match ups.
All Wayne Bennett teams play really simple footy dependant on having better/fitter players than opponents. Latrell will be more of a threat at centre but not unplayable. They'll play the exact same way next year but will be different class just through WB's usual canny recruitment wizardy.
I wouldn't mind seeing Bula get a MOTM performance in this game. If Luai at 6 brings KPP and Samuela to the game as done against the Cowboys, if we can execute that variety in attack, we'll score points and we'll be in control.
If we can't score in those first 20 minutes, if we're chasing the game, we'll get picked off and by the 70th minute, and the game will be over and resemble what we saw a lot of last season.

Take a look at what the Warriors did with Freddie Lussick last year in KOE. Hooker switched to playing front row- but played it more as a first receiver & allowed the halves to play wider.
