That ref was a disgrace the Seyfarth penalty like wtf how that decides a game is beyond me. Even with the one eyed reffing we probably should have won that. Depth is a killer for us I don’t know why we’re clearing spots and not bringing anyone in. Get on the phone to Taylan tonight get it done, at least fix one of our weaknesses.
One other thing that is a bit concerning is I’m yet to see Luai grab the game by the scruff of the neck, I’m hoping it’s only a gelling issue.

Let's just look at reality, we are only marginally better than last year if that, we've had a soft draw yet only have beaten 2 teams that are 0-4, can see some floggings coming up starting from next week, next week will be personal for Maguire still think 16th or 17th will be about it for this season

the scary thing for me is that behind the 18 they fielded last week, their depth is very poor … today they replaced Skelton with Faataape …imagine when they have 4-5 injuries and are forced to make similar changes across the field ..

That is probably the situation for the next game.

Zooming out, the big difference was they had us bringing it out from our 10m each set and holding us to 25 to 40m gained. They really pinned us in our own end all game.

Our kicks always landed on their 20m line for the most part. It was just easy yardage out of their end all game. Kicking needs to improve, but there is a good football side in there somewhere.
