**What we need to do to beat the cowboys**
- muscle up to their aggressive pack early and set the pace, exactly what Canberra did to us.
- 'attack' the game with some imact players in the forwards for the first 20 minutes.
- ensure we maintain a solid foundation in 1, 6, 7 and 9 positions.
- ensure the centres are both solid in defence and attack.

**The changes**
#1 Sean Meany
From what I've seen he's always up in looking for the ball, safe under the high ball, solid in defence and can chime in well in the backline. I think he's a better choice at fullback than Brown, Ryan or Lote. Plus he's always played fullback/wing. I think he's a solid choice.
#3 Lote Tuqiri
So Willie Tonga has hit some form and we need some one big who can wrap him up, who better than Tuqiri. He's also shown how lethal he can be in attack. In the centres he's also likely to see more football. Who knows what sort of combinations he might create with our playmakers. I'm not suggesting this be a long term switch, but now's the time to try him. Even if Ayshford was cleared to play, give him an extra week to recover. Its so early in the season and there's no need to risk it. It'll give Sheens a good opportunity to see where Lote is at.
#10\. Gareth Ellis
Playing front row just gives Ellis an excuse to run and hit harder, which is just scarey if your the opposition. With the Cowboys big pack, we really need to muscle up and stick it to them. Ellis and Galloway up front can really set the pace early.
#11\. Andrew Fifita
He runs and hits hard. Let him loose for the first 20 minutes feeding off Ellis and Galloway then replace him with Fulton. I think Fulton's better utlised a bit into the match when players tire, where as Fifita is a good option when we need the 'big pack' on the field for impact.
#12\. Mark Flannagan
I think he played 80 minutes against the Roosters? But I like what he offers in attack and is pretty aggresive in defence. A solid option
#15 Bryce Gibbs
Coming off the bench replacing Galloway 15-25 minutes into the match. He'll keep the pack 'stable' for the 2nd part of the first half.
#16 A Shirncack
From what I've seen he's a pretty solid prop. I'm open to other props replacing him, but from what I've seen he's alright.
#17 Daniel Fitzhenry
He's utlitiy. He can play hooker, wing, fullback, prop. He's got speed and could be dangerous around a tiring big cowboys pack.
thats what i'd do anyway
