Despite the jersey numbers, jock has been playing the role of a #7.I hate to say it but with Luke out, AD to Centre and Maka to wing
Luai to halfback
Otherwise no changes
Sounded like that at first. Actually if you listen again he said it doesn't and the other commentator agreedVossy the idiot said video evidence supported parra...whats he on??
Give Toa a crack & put Makasini back on the wing if Lualilii cops a suspension, though I doubt he will, there's always that chance.I hate to say it but with Luke out, AD to Centre and Maka to wing
Luai to halfback
Otherwise no changes
Why are you saying that?I hate to say it but with Luke out, AD to Centre and Maka to wing
Luai to halfback
Otherwise no changes
Couchman got sin binned and 4 weeks for his hip drop, only because Hopgood was seriously injured. Api didn’t even get sin binned for his.Ok, so every hip drop, high tackle, chicken wing, ankle grab, shoulder charge and whatever, if it causes an injury, gets escalated to a sin bin? This is despite the fact that the great majority of indiscretions don't cause serious injury. Simmonson's dislocated ankle came from an awkward landing which could also come from a variety of other different circumstances such as leaping and catching a bomb. Luke's action wasn't premediated or intended to be aggressive like other examples of foul play. It was involuntary but also, for Simmonson, unlucky. A punch to the face is not a good analogy Sirro. Totally different beause it's premeditated.
Moses got accidentally slapped in the face. It could have drawn blood. Sin bin?
I can understand Steve, I've still got an elevated heart rate.🫀😆😂Been off the forum for a while guys, was watching the game and my heart jumped out of my mouth, been scurrying around on the floor looking for it.
Crazy by name crazy by nature. Why are you saying that?
Seriously, I mean it's like "ill take Skelton for $200 jeff" and keep the team the SAME!
Skelton -> Laulili. DONE.
Was Api on report too? That's another huge change if Api is out (I saw a high shot and I think it was him). You will then need to play a combo of Fainu/Hope at hooker OR put Fainu at 5/8 with AD at hooker.
TLDR: a change we have to make because Hope isn't really a first grader. Hopefully Api is not suspended at all and everything stays the same.
Minimal changes please.
The review panel might just give him a holiday as he was put on report for a hip drop last week as well.Couchman got sin binned and 4 weeks for his hip drop, only because Hopgood was seriously injured. Api didn’t even get sin binned for his.
See big samuela smirking. He'd eat them for breakfast.Warning swearing content
Parra fans trying to go at LL
Winning certainly helps. Not so much of that his first couple of yearsJust watched the presser. Have to say, Api looks far more comfortable these days. The first couple years he was here, watching him in those things, he looked miserable and hating life. Happy for him.
Man those close games are tough, scarred because we most of the time lose them dazz.I can understand Steve, I've still got an elevated heart rate.🫀😆😂
He cannot defend if his life depended on it. He even tackled makisini to let that try in. He has zero idea , guaranteed to leak 2 tries per game .I get everyone being critical of Luke, he has many errors and makes mistakes in defense, however, he's a damn good runner and that is absolutely vital to every set of six. He's fast and low to the ground and very physical. Skelton also does it well, but he isn't anywhere near as fast and he also has errors in his game.
You just lose so much go forward and running threat in dropping him. Young players make mistakes. I would keep him in the side.
If may is back in not sure who I would drop between Luke and Masi. Tavana has shown enough special ability to lock down the other wing spot. But with tavana on one wing, that makes Luke's hit ups on the other side even more important because he's a much stronger runner.
We arent getting enough out of Terrell and Samuela imo. Some interesting statistics out of that one, some big run metres:
Hunt with limited minutes racked up 71m, Tavana 98m, Doueihi 114m, Turuva 143m, Makasini 163m Bulla 183m and Laulilii a whopping 219m.
Post contact metres all up totalled 523pcm with a whopping team average of 30.7pcm with standouts being Makasini 62pcm & Laulilii grabbing a huge 71pcm.
Those stats are a great sign for Benji the team & of course us Wests Tigers fanatics & the Western Bears, they are getting a good one🤘👍😎
