I think we have the forwards to atleast contain theirs

Walsh vs AD
Arthars vs Staines
Staggs vs Kepaoa
Farnworth vs To'a
Cobbo vs Tupou
Mam vs Brooks
Reynolds vs Wakeham

I swapped Brooks and Wakeham around to try and provide a more accurate picture but we look miles behind them. It's a decent first grade backline up against a decent reserve grade backline.

Man on man they kill us.

I think our pack is better but mainly because it's Api vs Billy Walters at hooker.

If nothing else, one great thing about being a tigers tragic (and I think tragic is most apt!) is that when they actually do win, it's bloody awesome!

I know it's been hard after so much hope in the pre season, and much has been said about the way they're playing.

But the forwards have been fantastic this year and the defence hasn't been bad; I really do feel it's all breaking down in the lack of backing up Api and the halves.

Been said as nauseum by now, but if Brooks can get his shtick together and stop ruining attacking sets they might just do well. Wakeham has shown that by just doing his job they go alright.

I really feel for the forwards... And the backs who never get good ball after all the hard work by the forwards because the half is trying to decapitate someone.

That's the frustrating thing for me: they're constantly failing with the basics and it just kills them.
