Round 9 Roosters
Round 10 Sharks
Round 11 Broncos

Every game is crucial , but with injuries and suspensions these games are going to be important even if it is for and against

Are any of these games winnable ??

I'd be happy with 1 from 3

The Broncos game would of been the one I was confident with the SOO players missing but we could be missing three as well and we all know what the Broncos have done to us in the past with their SOO less sides

If Farah plays v the Sharks it is also winnable

The Broncos game could be the one and I reckon it could come down to whether Tedesco plays or not

If we lose all three , I reckon we will struggle to make the 8

What are others thoughts ??

personally, it's not about the results until after SOO finishes.

it's about improving and improving and improving. showing consistency, desire and disciplined. i always feel better knowing that the team played well and lost rather than team played crap but won.

even if we lose all 3.. we can make the 8.

Agreed.Intelligent post.Sharks and broncos look the winnable ones.Well need to play real well to beat the sharks and we can do it.The broncos minus their stars and ours will be tough but winnable also.Roosters mmm doubt it.

Potentially we could have Sue, Farah & Gavet back for the sharks game. These guys will provide the go-forward & direction/leadership we've been lacking the last 2 weeks. We'll probably lose Robbie & Woods to origin for the broncos game but they'll have a few out to origin as well.

So I think we're a good chance to win 2 of these 3, but as with every game this year we'll need to be on.

The lads looked pretty gutted yesterday so who knows, they could come out ready to pump the roosters!

1/3 is good, 2/3 is great and 3/3 is absolutely amazing.

We just need to stay in touch with the top 8 and hover around 8th-9th and then once tedesco, farah, siro, dene, simona and sue are all back we should be make a real push from round 14 onwards and take on the big boys of the comp (whoever they end up being) top finish in the top 8\. 6th is my prediction as long as we dont suffer even more serious injuries.

Wish I had the same feeling. I won't be tipping the WT this week. I think it's one in which we need to limit the damage. Losing by 40 or 50 which can easily happen with us would be devastating for our season.

We have enough points in my opinion.

If we can win another 2-3 matches by the end of round 17 (ie: 18 points), then we are well placed. A lot of injured players will be close to full fitness by that point in time, so we just need to stay in touch with the 8.

Roosters will be without Jennings and Maloney won't they? Pretty huge loess for them. I our big boppers can contain theirs, our leaders could carry us home.

Just a positive game from the boys against the chooks will be satisfying though.

Jennings and Maloney were both hurt against the sharks, and the initial reports from the ground were that they might be unavailable for origin, never mind the Tigers game. They both played against the Saints this weekend, so that report proved premature.

You can get $1.45 on the Roosters

People should be snapping that up big time

Reckon it will be $1.15 by kick off

You say that now, but who knows which Roosters team will turn up next week? They have been bolt ordinary in half of their games.

I had Storm at $1.65 two weeks ago vs Raiders, I thought that was a gimme, Raiders couldn't beat an egg with an atomic whisk.

I think we can win any of those games, and would be happy to jag 2 wins over that period.

The break is coming at a great time for us, Id love to see Tedesco and Farah back for the Sharks game.

If we win 2 of the next 3 we are only 5 wins (from 13 games) away from the semies.

I do wish SBW And JWH played for NZ this week and got 1 game suspensions   Im sure they will be rested up and both have a point to prove when they take on the tigers.
