Funny, even in the teams of today, I still look for the mate ship and player bonds that Dallas and the Magpies had back in the day.

Blokes like Boyd, O'Grady, Dorahy, Tommy all retained a love for the joint and when their careers ended they were still Magpies at heart.
Now we have blokes like Brooks, Woods etc. that can't heap enough shit on the place when they leave. I guess it's also reflected in the disloyalty of the fans as well. I don't remember Magpies fans ever slagging off the club the way blokes on here dog today's team.
