Rumour: Ben Barba to Broncos & Morris not Happy

Apparently Ben Barba has asked for a release to play for the Broncos. Also Josh Morris not happy with Des. Barba having a bad season so far and they have a good replacement in Patrick Templeman so I would not be worried. Josh Morris on the other hand is a great player that I would never want to lose.

Well Ben Barba has been having shocker games this year and not one good game. At this stage I would take Moltzen over him.

i used to wonder where these rumours come from until I bogusly claimed that we signed/should sign Cooper Cronk and Billy Slater as package deal every time someone made everyone "heard" a rumour or suggested we sign someone cause we like them. ALtho the rumour did not spread like wild fire, some one did say to me they heard the rumour (which i plain made up), so i can imagine if people were to make up something semi believable it would so easily take off especially in the twitter/facebook/forum age of information spreading

Ah these rumour has been bubbling along on the fringes and finally went big today. Question is, is it like the benji/farah ones, obvious bullshit to stir shit on a team who is not performing properly. Or is there some truth behind it?

Hard to say and pretty pointless to speculate. What is for sure is that Barba so far hasn't performed like he did last year and looks a shadow of his former self.

Doesnt make any sense… Josh Hoffman is a brilliant Fullback and will wear the 1 jumper once Norman is finished and he is confident again in his knee. There is a big chance he will start at Fullback on Friday night for the Kiwi's.

Bulldogs just signed Cory Thompson from the Queensland Cup as a Fullback though???

There has been a rumour that Barba has had issues with a certain back-rower (and possibly their partner) that we are chasing and the side has had enough.

I've read that Barba to the Broncos is a done deal. I haven't read the Morris one though.
