I, like most, rate Lote, and am impressed with how he has returned to form this year, but the more I see of the kids in NYC, I think it is a good time to not renew his contract, however if he does go around again Ill be happy enough, and hope that whatever he does he succeeds, I really like Lote.
As for the source, I reckon the mole is prob the worst rumor gossiper around, he rarely gets anything right. There is dozens of guys on this site with better info, even when unsure seem to be more correct than the mole.

I would be surprised if we didnt have Lote go around with us for 1 more season on reduced $$$$

Worth it IMO as he is still a solid finisher and a Marketing asset.

Big fan of Lote but would hate to lose the young talent in the under 20's but keeping him on beyond this year. NRL is a young man's sport and Lote needs to make way for the next generation.

Lote has done it all in our great game plus that other stupid game for the Wantabees.

Love Lote and it's good that he has turned things around a bit this year, starting to find some form and I hope he keeps going good, but in the end, we need to think of the future and if the guys in the NYC are ready to step up…....then see ya Lote and thanks.

We can't resign him. Not enough cap. He will have been the first player marked off on the list of off contract players as gawwwwwn.

We've signed five players this year, two effective immediately and there hasn't been news of one player leaving. Tuqiri is at very short odds of staying. Especially since we actively sought out the retention of Nofoaluma.
