Dog act move if true, but then again…. Miller in the mist.
Don't think it's much more than a rumor but he wants to do a Chris Sandow & chase the coin, fair enough.
Different situation though because we aren't doing any wrong by him like Rusty & the crew sort of did to Sandow.

Theres a lot of positives for Lui to move to one of the QLD teams.
1.He'll be closer to home
2.He'll get to play 5/8
3.Playing 5/8 means less pressure
4.Playing 5/8 gives him the best chance to play rep footy in the future with Thurston, Cronk, Prince and probabaly Sandow currently considered in front of him for QLD halfback. But QLD dont have a 5/8 to replace Lockyer.
These are all enticing things.
Tigers should secure Miller now IMO.

Maybe CB, guess a bit depends on whether or not Boyd would like to make the switch to 6\. He's fair ball player but nothing like Lockyer, i think fullback is easily his most suited position

I reckon the Broncs will stick with corey Norman at five eight, they have been grooming him for 2 years now, he is a massive talent.
The thing is I honestly dont think LUI is really a halfback. Hes a halfback who touches the ball once a set.
He plays as a Five Eigth if you ask me. Its where he played in 20s. He seems more of a runner… he doesnt do much kicking, and doesnt really do any organising. I know thats alot to do with how i play but still its a fact. Even all the plays he does pull off alot of the time, which he gets raved on about, arent always ur traditional halfback plays. Id honestly rather a controlling halfback with a good kicking game (Kicking game to me is the big difference in us being a finals team to a serious contender).
Id make him an offer when it comes down to it but despite the fact hes young I would not go nuts with the offer. To me hes shown bits and pieces and yes hes young, but he hasnt shown to me anything that makes me think wed be crazy to lose this guy

Lets not go nuts about J.Miller. Yes he showed some good things and put some good hits on but he failed to do anything in attack of any substance. Yes he only played two games, so no I wont ridicule on him, but at the same time I dont think anyone should be saying how he is our future.
The main job of a 7 is to control the side, have a good kicking game. Once he shows them in the top grade ull consider him the future.
